Orders will typically be shipped within 1-2 business days, with the exception of custom or made-to-order items which may take longer. All orders are subject to product availability in our local warehouse.

We ship to all physical addresses within Singapore, as well as select international countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Please note that there may be additional customs fees for international orders, and we are not responsible for these fees.

We offer several shipping options including standard, expedited, and overnight delivery. Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of your shipment.

In the event of a delay or backorder, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible. If a delay or backorder occurs, you will have the option to cancel your order or wait for the item to become available, with no penalty or obligation.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If an order is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional cost.
